How to convert your downloaded CSV file into a graph

  1.  Download the CSV file using either the flow dash or your app.
  2.  Open Excel or google sheets.
  3. Select data CSV file then select import. 
  4. There will be a few columns.  The ones of importance are dates/timestamps, processed flow volume, process flow rate, and signal quality. 
  5. Right click or double click the row number 1 next to the date column and select view more actions and select freeze row.
  6. You will like want to create a graph for each column to compare flow rate/flow volume/and signal quality.
  7. Select all of the date/time or the timestamp column and one of the flow rate/flow volume/and signal quality columns. 
  8. Once the 2 columns are selected go to the tool bar and click the little icon that looks like a chart.  It should say insert chart if you hover over it.
  9. If you want to create a total for the amount of gallons used then select the sum tool from the tool bar select a cell you want to show the total amount of gallons, select the date range, and multiple the total by the cost per gallon rate.  
  10. You can download and email a copy to whoever needs to see the report or make some small formatting changes and print the form out.
