If the LED on bluebot is red, your device cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network. First, check your router and any range extenders for connectivity.
If your routers and extenders are all operating properly, check the Wi-Fi signal on your phone at your bluebot’s location. If you have less than 2 bars, your Wi-Fi is not reaching your bluebot’s location reliably. We recommend this article.
If everything at your installation location appears to be functioning as it should, but bluebot’s LED is still red, we recommend power cycling your device by simply unplugging it and plugging it back in (this can be done at the device, or at the outlet for convenience). Your device should cycle from yellow, to flashing or solid blue.
