Signal Strength: This is a measure of the power of the ultrasonic signal being transmitted. With zero or low Signal Strength, there may be an issue with the actual piezoelectric ultrasonic sensors.
In contrast to Signal Quality which is related to the application, low Signal Strength is a mechanical issue inside the unit. If Signal Quality is above 80% but Signal Strength is below 1700, this indicates an issue with the ultrasonic sensors themselves.
In the event your device is displaying weak signal strength, we would recommend you to speak directly with a member of the bluebot team. To do so, simply navigate to Settings > Support from within the app and choose your preferred method of communication. Otherwise, you can email support@bluebot.com So we can assist you with replacing your device.
