The bluebot device can be installed remotely and then transferred to a primary owner. This is currently a manual process. Once your device has been installed, please contact a member of our support team with the device serial number (which can be found in the app under Device Info or on the device itself) and the phone number of the user who you would like to transfer ownership of the device to.
If you would like to speak to a member of the bluebot team, simply navigate to Settings > Support from within the app and choose your preferred method of communication. Otherwise, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
