If bluebot is flashing pink, your bluebot is experiencing poor signal quality. To improve your signal quality, begin by triggering a rescan from within the app. You can easily do this by navigating to your device (clicking your device name from the Dashboard) and scrolling down to the area labeled “Details”. To the right, you should see a small RESCAN button. Press that button to trigger a rescan. If you are near your device, you may hear it whirring as it scans the pipe.
If this does not change the flashing pink light, you will want to consider repositioning your device to achieve a stronger signal quality.
